I'm currently at Ten Thousand Coffees (10KC)—an HR SaaS platform that enables enterprises to build and deploy mentorship and networking experiences.
Before 10KC, I designed cybersecurity management tools for enterprises at D3 Security. I also designed and researched at New York City Mayor's Office, where I conducted user research with elderly New Yorkers for our digital service design team.
When I am not designing, I am practicing house dance, and making noodle soups for my friends!
Collaborated with engineers and cybersecurity analysts to deliver features: redesigned navigation flow for the D3 app, technical documentations to help users program with D3, documentation CMS for security officers to post and standardize security procedures
Collaborated with cybersecurity analysts to deliver features:
Set a foundation on technical copywriting, and wrote technical documentations for D3's highly technical users.
Kickstarted user discovery and testing at D3; led internal workshops for user-testing and problem discovery with our internal teams and select clients.
Collaborated with a team of senior designers and engineers to deliver digital services to New Yorkers.
Conducted user research and data synthesis for a service-finder project for elderly New Yorkers; consulted for government agencies and teams looking to digitize their operations and services
Contributed to the publication design of the Internet of Things strategy—the government's first ever guide on best practices for designing and building with IoT.
Designed, and launched the Graduate Show 2020—Emily Carr's first ever digital exhibition for over 400 students.
Delivered the first digital exhibition for the university, with over 80% adoption rate from graduating students. The digital show has since been adopted by the school, and has become a recurring annual event.
